439 Terms & Conditions — Full rules for using the platform

Acceptance & Applicability of Terms

By using the 439 website and all its services, you fully accept these terms. If you disagree with any part, please refrain from using the 439 platform.

These Terms apply to all users in Bangladesh. By completing registration, you agree to abide by these rules. 439 reserves the right to update these Terms at any time, and continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Account Creation & Security Guidelines

To open a 439 account, users must be 18 years or older. All registration details must be accurate and truthful. 439 reserves the right to cancel any account created with false or incorrect information.

• Each individual is allowed to manage only one account.
• Account passwords must be kept strictly confidential and must not be shared with any third party.
• Any unauthorized access or suspicious activity on your account must be reported to 439 immediately.
• Users are solely responsible for maintaining the security of their own accounts.

Withdrawals may be restricted until identity verification is completed. 439 may request ID, bank statements, or other documents as needed.

User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules

Users must comply with the following rules while using the 439 platform:

• Attempting to hack, manipulate, or misuse any feature or system on the platform is strictly prohibited.
• Abuse of the bonus system, exploiting multiple accounts, or fraudulent activities are strictly prohibited.
• Harassment, offensive language, or unethical behavior against other users is not allowed.
• Use of automated software, bots, or scripts on the platform is forbidden.
• Collecting or using another person’s account information is prohibited.

Violation of any above rules may result in immediate suspension or permanent closure of accounts by 439 without prior notice, with forfeiture of related balances.

Payments, Transactions & Financial Information

All financial transactions on 439 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Currently supported deposit and withdrawal methods include:

• bKash, Nagad & Rocket — Quick and easy transactions via mobile banking.
• A minimum deposit amount applies; please refer to the Payment page on the platform for details.
• Identity verification must be completed before withdrawals.
• To withdraw bonus funds, specific betting requirements must be met.
• In cases of suspicious transactions, 439 may temporarily hold payments pending verification.

Deposited funds are intended solely for betting or gaming purposes. 439 does not guarantee any financial investment or income. Users are fully responsible for their own financial decisions.

Liability, Intellectual Property & Third Parties

All content, logos, designs, software, and databases on the 439 platform are the intellectual property of 439. No part of these assets may be reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without written permission.

439 shall not be liable in the following cases:

• Losses arising from temporary platform downtime or technical errors.
• If the account is compromised due to user negligence or a third party.
• When bets are canceled or game sessions end due to internet connection interruptions.

439’s platform may include content from some third-party game providers. 439 is not fully responsible for the quality or security of these third-party services. Users assume all risks when using them.

Account Suspension, Closure & Terms Changes

439 may suspend or permanently close accounts for the following reasons:

• In case of terms violation or involvement in fraudulent activities.
• Managing multiple accounts or abusing the bonus system is not allowed.
• Registering with false identity or incorrect information.
• As ordered by courts or regulatory authorities.

Users may also request account closure at any time. Valid balances in closed accounts will be returned after verification.

439 reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of any changes through the platform. Continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of Bangladesh.
